Summer is upon us. We hope your gardens are growing delicious and healthy veggies and you are enjoying your time in the sun. June is dairy month and we have some tips on how you can enjoy your dairy and be FIT at the same time. Make every sip count! More healthy beverages! When enjoying some milk and building up that calcium that children need, remember that you have options. Whole milk and 2% have lots of fat. Skim milk has no fat and 1% does not have as much. Consult with your healthcare provider if a switch is a good decision. Here is your June newsletter!
