A quick glance at the globe tells us visually that there is plenty of water on our planet, but the amount of fresh water we actually have access to is very limited. This lesson will provide students with a quick review of the water cycle, the basics about water usage and over-usage, and a look at water pollution issues. Through a very visual hands-on activity, students will see how even they may be contributing to water’s challenges. Simple strategies to help water out will also be considered. This is a 50-minute lab.
Cost per classroom is $10.
